Derek joined the CRM Firm as an on-demand admin and problem-solver for a variety of clients, but has progressed to consulting on both small and large team projects. He first ventured into the world of Salesforce when his real estate business required CRM, web, automation, and integration solutions beyond what ten smaller CRMs could provide. Earning the Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications, as well as a Trailhead Ranger, Derek is fluent in the Salesforce ecosystem with a particular affinity for flow development and implementation.
