Frank Trocciola is the IT Director at The CRM Firm and a member of the company’s leadership team, where he plays a key role in guiding organizational strategy, operational priorities, and client delivery. Since joining the firm in 2017, Frank has been instrumental in scaling the company’s internal technology environment while supporting customer implementations across Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
In his current role, Frank oversees all aspects of IT operations, including infrastructure, system administration, security, and technology support. He is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of the systems that support both internal teams and client engagements.
