Power Up in Action

This year’s AWBC Conference was nothing short of powerful. With Power Up as the theme, it was inspiring to meet with a group that drives economic development in more than 150 communities across the country, a true force for small business growth and empowerment.

The CRM Firm was honored to share our role as AWBC’s Salesforce Implementation and Consulting Partner. We highlighted our new integration with Stearns Bank that makes loan readiness as easy as a click, and our accelerator that gets WBCs running on Salesforce in under 30 days. The goal is simple: remove tech roadblocks so centers can focus on impact, not inefficiencies.

One of the major highlights for us was announcing the first-ever Salesforce for WBCs Cohort, a free collaborative space where centers can share, learn, and grow together while leaning on our experts and each other for support.

We had the chance to visit the Capital Area Food Bank (CAFB) this week, and what an experience it was. We left feeling inspired and humbled by the incredible work their team does every single day to support the community.

Despite the ongoing challenges nonprofits face, from funding to time and resources, CAFB continues to thrive through innovation, collaboration, and unwavering humanity. They don’t just make sure families have access to nutritious food; they’re tackling the bigger picture by addressing the root causes of food insecurity.

It was a powerful reminder that impact isn’t about numbers on a page, but the lives forever changed by compassion and action. True change doesn’t stop in hard times, it grows when people come together with heart and purpose.

As their Salesforce Consulting Partner, we’re honored to witness how CAFB turns technology and teamwork into tools for impact, helping every dollar go further and every effort reach more people in need.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire CAFB team. You’re not just feeding people, you’re nourishing communities, fueling hope, and creating possibility every single day.

Thank you AWBC for hosting such a meaningful event. We left powered up, encouraged, equipped, and ready to keep helping small businesses thrive.
