MARKETING CLOUD ADMINISTRATOR

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Cloud Administrator with expertise in Journey Builder and Automation Studio to help design, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for our Clients’ Marketing Cloud Orgs. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams (both internal and external) and Consultants to develop targeted customer engagement and analytics strategies, leveraging the full capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Primary Responsibilities Include:

- Build and manage marketing journeys and automation workflows in Journey Builders to enhance customer engagement.
- Use AMPscript for personalized content and dynamic messaging.
- Use SQL to configure Automation Studio for complex Data Extensions
- Use Content Builder to ensure accurate segmentation and campaign execution
- Use Marketing Cloud Connector to facilitate data parity between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
- Use Salesforce Data Entry Source methods for real-time Journey engagement
- Understand and can create technical requirements for API integration needs in Marketing Cloud
- Implement and manage Client Email Assets, Campaigns and Automations required to drive engagement
- Analyze campaign performance through A/B testing and reporting, optimizing strategies for better engagement and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Marketing Cloud with other platforms and data sources.
- Provide training and guidance to Client marketing teams to ensure viability and scalability on this platform
- Stay up to date on industry trends, platform enhancements, and data privacy regulations to ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications:

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a related field, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Understanding of Salesforce data architecture and processes and their impact on Marketing Cloud
- Strong grasp of marketing concepts – funnels, conversions, marketing milestone events and tracking data to enhance attribution and ROI

- Additional certifications such as Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist is a plus. We do encourage and provide time for obtaining additional Salesforce certifications.
- Interest in evolving technologies like Data Cloud, AI is paramount to maintaining pace with Salesforce product evolution – Certifications are a plus
- Additional experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) is a plus
- Additional experience using Salesforce Flows to perpetuate data management for synchronization with Marketing Cloud is a plus.

Expected hours of Work:
This is a full-time position with regular office hours Monday through Friday. This position may require after work hours and occasional weekends, depending on work demands.
Salary Range: $85K-$120K
Salary is dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to a candidate’s years of experience, depth of experience, education, geographic location, etc.
