Capital Area Food Bank: NPSP

The Capital Area Food Bank (CAFB) in Washington, D.C., is dedicated to providing equitable access to food and services to those facing hunger and food insecurity, despite numerous challenges such as funding, volunteer management, and compliance. The CRM Firm (CRMF) stepped in to address CAFB’s significant problem with their Salesforce environment, where custom coding had disrupted data integrity and reporting. By reverting to native Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) features and streamlining reporting processes, CRMF restored functionality and reliability, enabling CAFB to make informed decisions and focus on their mission. Ongoing support from CRMF, including enhancements and integrations, has further empowered CAFB to operate efficiently, maintain accurate data, and better serve their community.
