Position Summary
As a Technical Project Manager at The CRM Firm, you will have the autonomy to provide project management leadership and expertise to enable business teams to meet business objectives. The CRM Firm is a fast growing and dynamic environment and we are looking for someone who’s interested in growing with us.
In this role, you’ll be working closely with our client’s business stakeholders to play a critical role in planning and executing high-impact initiatives. You will build strong relationships with business leaders across client organizations as a trusted technology partner. As part of The CRM Firm implementation team, you will also be responsible for driving cross-functional projects that demand great communication skills, principled thinking, a high bar for stakeholder management, and impactful change management.
In This Role, You’ll Get To:
- Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, status reports, and influence the effectiveness of the team that integrates across functions/disciplines.
- Ensure the highest level of effective communication with the core project team and the extended community of interest for the project (executives, steering committees, various stakeholder groups, etc.).
- Manage project budget and resources, communicating associated risks and issues as needed.
- Implement processes to manage and communicate risks associated with competing priorities and change.
- Lead meetings, develop agendas, ensure follow-up is actionable and track progress of tasks.
- Serve as an anchor and champion for creating a culture of successful project management.
- Continually look to improve the project management process to accommodate rapidly changing business needs.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Bring forth solutions to meet timelines when at risk.

- Experience with Project Management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK) and Agile, Waterfall, SDLC methodologies for managing SaaS platform projects

Expected hours of Work:
This is a full-time position with regular office hours Monday through Friday. This position may require after work hours and occasional weekends, depending on work demands.
Travel Expectations:
This position may require some domestic US travel, up to 10% of the time, for strategic client meetings, sales presentations, industry events, team meetings and client events.
Physical Demands:
This position requires frequent sitting, computer and telephone usage. This position may require occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
Salary Range: $75-$120K+
Salary is dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to a candidate’s years of experience, depth of experience, education, geographic location, etc.
