The Data 360 and Agentforce Salesforce Consultant drives the thoughtful implementation and adoption of data-driven and AI-enabled Salesforce solutions that strengthen client outcomes and delivery quality. This role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable Data Cloud and Agentforce solutions in alignment with firm standards, best practices, and Salesforce-recommended architectures. The consultant serves as a trusted contributor within delivery teams, providing perspective on data modeling, AI use cases, and solution design to ensure quality, consistency, and long-term sustainability for clients.

Innovation & Competitive Advantage Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the evolution of firm-wide Data 360 and Agentforce best practices, patterns, and implementation standards.
  • Identify repeatable use cases and solution accelerators that improve delivery efficiency and client outcomes.
  • Support the development of internal frameworks, reference architectures, and playbooks for data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Stay current on Salesforce Data 360 and Agentforce roadmap changes and translate new capabilities into practical consulting guidance.
  • Partner with delivery leadership to pilot emerging features and evaluate their applicability for client solutions.
  • Share learnings, lessons, and innovations through internal enablement sessions, documentation, and knowledge-sharing forums.
  • Provide input into pre-sales conversations by advising on solution feasibility, value articulation, and differentiation.
  • Promote responsible and scalable AI adoption by contributing to governance, trust, and ethical use guidelines.
  • Help position the firm as a trusted advisor in data and AI by aligning solutions to measurable business outcomes rather than point features.
  • Continuously assess and recommend improvements to delivery approaches that strengthen the firm’s competitive position.

Consulting Responsibilities

  • Contribute to small, medium, and large Salesforce implementation projects across multiple industries through all phases of the project lifecycle, collaborating with Senior Consultants, Architects, and Project Managers.
  • Manage multiple client relationships, fostering authentic stakeholder connections while identifying and guiding Salesforce initiatives based on deliverables and milestones.
  • Lead hands-on configuration of Data 360 ingestion pipelines, data transformations, identity resolution, and calculated insights.
  • Build and deploy Agentforce prompts, actions, and guardrails aligned to service, sales, and operational workflows.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, priorities, and expectations for Data 360 and Agentforce/AI-enabled solutions.
  • Propose, design, and implement Salesforce solutions, upgrades, and AI-driven enhancements to address complex client business needs and use cases.
  • Document business requirements and ensure all objectives are satisfied through effective implementation of Data 360 and Agentforce/AI capabilities.
  • Configure, test, and deploy Salesforce Data 360 and Agentforce/AI solutions, including integrations, automation, and associated applications, aligned with the Statement of Work.
  • Maintain positive and effective communication with clients, internal teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct end-user assessments, training, and enablement to ensure adoption of Salesforce solutions and AI-driven workflows.
  • Share best practices, implementation patterns, and internal documentation to support team learning and enhance delivery consistency.
  • Adhere to project management standards, including planning, status reporting, issue and risk management, and budget adherence, escalating deviations as necessary.
  • Maintain high billable utilization on client work (75%) while minimizing write-offs or rework (under 5%).
  • Stay current on Salesforce Data 360, Agentforce, and related AI capabilities, including new releases, and advise clients on relevant adoption opportunities.
  • Serve as a mentor to team members, providing guidance on technical configurations, AI use cases, and cross-industry implementation best practices.
  • Report directly to the Senior Consulting Manager or Vice President of Consulting and perform additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • Data 360 Consultant and Agentforce Specialist required; Salesforce Tableau CRM & Einstein Analytics Consultant desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field preferred; or the equivalent years of relevant work experience and/or education required.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the technology industry is required
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce Consulting experience, including a deep understanding of various components of the Salesforce product suite, such as Data 360, Agentforce, Sales, Service, Experience, Financial Services Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud / NPSP, and additional applications

Expected Work Hours

This is a full-time position with regular office hours Monday through Friday. This position may require working after hours and occasional weekends, depending on work demands.

This position may require domestic US travel up to 25% of the time for strategic client meetings, sales presentations, industry events, team meetings, and client events.

Physical Demands

This position requires frequent sitting, computer use, and telephone use. It may require occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.

Salary Range

$95K-120K

Salary is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s years of experience, depth of knowledge, education, geographic location, etc.
