Position Summary
The Consulting Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Consulting to coordinate and monitor activities within the Consulting department. Some of the key responsibilities of the consulting coordinator will include:
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Day-to-day communication and coordination with members of the Consulting team
- Be informed and share information to Leadership related to Consulting team activities, absences, issues, illnesses, and other items that could impact day-to-day performance
- Understanding which team members are involved and which projects
- Identifying risks to projects which includes budgets, timelines, client relations, resourcing gaps, etc.
- Maintaining accurate project files in Salesforce and Sharepoint
- Conducting monthly consulting team member one-on-ones
- Conducting daily time review
- Escalating issues and risks to the Consulting Director and other leadership team members
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Required:
Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; or the equivalent years of relevant work experience and/or education required.
In-depth knowledge and experience with all Microsoft Office products required.
Familiar with webinar and collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet preferred.
Experience with telecommuting preferred.

Expected hours of Work:
This is a full-time position with regular office hours Monday through Friday. This position may require after work hours and occasional weekends, depending on work demands.
Travel Expectations:
This position may require some domestic US travel, up to 10% of the time, for strategic client meetings, sales presentations, industry events, team meetings and client events.
Physical Demands:
This position requires frequent sitting, computer and telephone usage. This position may require occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
Salary Range: $35K-$45K
Salary is dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to a candidate’s years of experience, depth of experience, education, geographic location, etc.
